previous guiding principles merger with the Zoning subcommittee. The
CAPZ guiding principles will now revert back to the previous
version, but with the addition of a clause that will address the

Lee (Affordability) discussed the importance of using a local Area
Median Income when creating affordable housing. Amy Chin (Culture &
Preservation) emphasized the need to better integrate Asian culture
